NST Championship comes down to Neil Montgomery Memorial at Saratoga

The 2025 Northwest Sprint Tour season is set to come to a conclusion this Friday and Saturday at Saratoga Speedway for the $10,000-to-win Neil Montgomery Memorial. Cars from BC, California, Florida, Idaho and Washington will all be in attendance for Canada’s richest pavement Sprint Car race.

Jeff Montgomery has led the Northwest Sprint Tour points standings since the first race at Evergreen Speedway back on May 10th. Montgomery comes into the NMM weekend with a 48 point cushion back to defending series champion Aaron Willison. Montgomery will look to claim his first Neil Montgomery Memorial win in the event that honours his late Hall of Fame father.

Willison will look to rebound following a tough 2025. The Rendle Willison 14 car has one win on the season coming at Saratoga on the Friday night of the Quinsam Communications Group Sprint Car Classic in July. Willison has won both editions of the Neil Montgomery Memorial, and will look for a threepeat performance this weekend.

Also in attendance will be Boise, Idaho’s Willy Ginn, who scored his first Sprint Car win during the Saturday of the Quinsam Communications Group Sprint Car Classic. Ginn will look to repeat his Saratoga magic from July and parlay it into the biggest payday of his young career.

Add in former multi-time King of the Wing champion Eric Humphries, 2021 NSRA champion Randy DuBois, Grantsville, Utah’s Natalie Waters and more, and the third annual Neil Montgomery Memorial is shaping up to be the biggest ever Sprint Car race in the history of Saratoga Speedway.

Race fans can get their tickets for both nights of racing at saratogaracing.ca in addition to single night tickets.
